The Autodesk Customer Satisfaction Program (CSAT) provides us with an opportunity to understand what you think about all aspects of working with us. If you have recently activated an Autodesk product, or if your subscription renewal is due, then you may be invited to complete an online survey. These surveys are sent quarterly during the middle month of each Autodesk fiscal quarter.
